Can a cracked Apple Watch screen be replaced?
Yes — cracked and shattered Apple Watch screens are replaced here. The exact cost depends on your series and size, which is why the diagnostic is free: you'll get the exact price for your watch before any work starts.
My watch battery is swelling and pushing the screen up. What should I do?
Stop charging it and bring it in — don't press the screen back down. A swollen battery is the most common reason an Apple Watch screen lifts, and replacing the battery (and reseating or replacing the screen) fixes it. The sooner it comes in, the less damage the swelling does.
How long does an Apple Watch repair take?
Many watch repairs are finished the same day — one of our customers had his watch and his phone fixed in a single day. You'll get a straight time estimate at check-in.
Will my watch still be water-resistant after a repair?
Honest answer: no repair shop can guarantee factory water resistance once a watch has been opened. We reseal carefully, but we'd rather tell you that up front than promise something no one can deliver — treat a repaired watch as splash-tolerant, not swim-proof.
Do you repair other smartwatches?
