Which screen problem is yours?

Cracked or shattered glass

The classic drop. If the picture underneath still shows and touch works, it's the glass-and-display unit — a straightforward swap.

Touch not responding

Dead zones, ghost touches, or a keyboard that types on its own. The digitizer under the glass has failed — a new screen fixes it.

What happens at the bench

We power-check the phone, look at the frame for bends (a bent frame eats new screens), and confirm the fault is the display — not the board. Then you get the exact price. On your go-ahead, the old screen comes off, the new one is fitted and sealed, and we test touch, brightness and Face ID / fingerprint behavior before it leaves the bench. Your data stays exactly where it was.

Screen questions

Good questions, straight answers

How much does a screen replacement cost?
By model: iPhone screens run $89–$329 (older models less, the newest Pro models more), Samsung Galaxy screens typically $119–$289, Google Pixel $119–$249. Your exact price is confirmed after a free diagnostic — before any work starts.
The glass is cracked but the screen still works. Can I leave it?
You can, but cracks spread, and broken glass lets in moisture and dust that turn a screen job into a board job. It also keeps cutting fingers. A screen swap now is almost always the cheaper repair.
My screen is black / flickering / has lines. Is it the screen?
Usually, yes — those are classic display failures, sometimes after a drop that barely marked the glass. Occasionally the cause is a loose connector or board fault. The diagnostic is free, and we will tell you which one it is before quoting.
How long does a screen replacement take?
Most screens are replaced the same day, and many are done while you wait. One reviewer had her phone fixed in 20 minutes. Exact timing depends on the model — you will get a straight estimate at check-in.
Will I lose my data with a new screen?
No — a screen replacement doesn't touch your photos, contacts or apps. Your phone comes back with everything on it, just with a screen you can read again.
Do you fix back glass too?
Yes — back glass replacement starts from $99 depending on the model. If both sides are cracked, ask us about doing them together in one visit.
